" Bella. I am the queen as of now. But you are the first suspect right now. Im sorry. Once Jorvery gets back, he will lead you to one of the rooms and I will  question you" 

At that second the door opened and Jorvey entered " Nothing, My queen. But the place that your friend was at might have some clues. I found poison in jars and other things"

" Thank you Jorvey. Would you take Bell to one of the rooms. I will interrogate her further"

Jorvey obeyed and took Bella to one of the rooms. No window of course. He locked the door behind him and walked off

Belladonna looked around the room. They must have found the compartments of poison by now. And the experiments her family had done were well documented in those books. They even had piles upon piles of meticulous notes. She dared not look through it, she knew her brother would come up in there and she couldn’t bear to read what they did to him.

An hor later, Jewel came in and stood by the door " Now. I wont go easy on you. Just a few  questions and then I will decide your fate" she walked to Bella and sat on the only chair available " have a seat on the floor" she ordered

She sat on the floor, still looking around. She patiently waited for questions. Just answer. Just answer. It is not that hard. Answer the questions, be calm, certain death is waiting for you regardless.

She guessed she’ll end up just as her Great Grandfather did, with nobody caring enough.

" Do you have any clue in this tiny little village who would want to murder my mother" jewel said gently. " anyone at all"

She started off easy of course to see if Bella would make a mistake. But no. not yet. 

She thought for a moment? Was this a trick? Her family so obviously hated her guts. "My entire family??" She responded kind of confused. "We would have honestly settled for your mother's mother, and her mother's mother. So uh, about 4 generations back."

" So your the one to blame, is it?" Jewel said getting closer to her and glared at her 

She figured she was dying either way so. "Yes, yes I did it." She sighed, waiting for the storm.

" I thought.." Jewel began just as Jorvey came in and dropped a sac of herbs and other objects at his Queen feet 

"Thank you Jorvey. you may go now"

" yes, My Queen" He said with a bow and then walked off to leave them alone

" Do you recognize any of these items, Belladonna?" Jewel asked taking out the contense and tossing the bag to her " What ever you say no, may change my mind on what punishments you are given. so choose wisely. Death is the highest right now. But that will change accordingly. 

She half expected the bag to be full of poisons for her to eat. She sorted through the plants one by one. "Myrrh, Sage, Rosemary, Parsley, Coriander, Mint, Basil, Chervil, Thyme..." She trailed off as she continued to sort through the herbs, almost like a chant.

I'm dying anyway so minus well pick my favorite. "I pick Mint."
