I'm not sure if this has been requested yet, honestly, I would be shocked if it hasn't, but we should be allowed to clear the heritage of our wolves. |

Assuming inbreeding does not affect how the offspring looks, how players look at it still remains the major factor of the offspring value as non-inbred wolves have higher demand. Cleaning the lineage would let people advertise their inbred wolves the same as non-inbred ones until someone points out that their neighboring IDs are inbred siblings. But let's turn a blind eye to this slip-up and discuss the consequences of allowing player to clear lineage of their wolves. 1. There's a lot of males set for breeding, isn't there? And there's a perfect male that you would like to breed with all females you have. Or you have a stud that would like to breed with any other female, right? The problem is: would you breed to the daughters? The suggested item would solve the issue so you don't have to stud with other wolves. But how would it be for studs? If some players have their desired breeding males, they don't need to overpay. Most players would just breed to one male and studding prices of valuable studs would have to greatly decrease. 2. Players love to show rarest offspring to advertise their parent. Let's say the mutated pup has been sold to an allegedly cordial merchant who spent generously many cones that there's no way the pup would be chased - it'd be such a waste to the merchant. The parent is advertised as confirmed carrier when the owner gets a warning to stop advertising the parent as confirmed because the rare pup is no longer visible in the lineage. The allegedly cordial merchant turned out to be a filthy rat that used the suggested item to decrease the value of the parent. The intention of this game is to encourage interaction with variety of players and ability to clean the lineage would work rather the opposite to it. |

Yeah I definitely don't agree with this suggestion. At least in the mutation market, it would ruin a lot of lineages and the value of hunting for carrying NBW's. |

What would be the benefits of this feature? As far as I can think, all it would do is make recessive genes harder to track and eliminate clean breeding playstyles. |
