Rare Skin/Claws/Nose

I think one of the underappreciated aspects or breeding is breeding for rare eyes, which I lately have found to be very rewarding! Aiming to breed for glass/hetero/or now fox eyes is something that can make your wolf more valuable (even potatoes!), still has a challenge for pass rates, but is slightly less intensive and competitive than breeding for bases/markings/stats. Basically what I'm saying is that I think it's a great system. 

Soooo maybe we should introduce some more options like that! Things that can spice up a wolf besides bases/markings/stats. Right now skin, nose, and claws don't mean much besides aesthetics, and so often get left by the wayside. Why not add some rarer ones! The sources would be the same as special eyes -- special NBW at lvl 15+, breed only, or rare applicators. I think those all work very well.

While it might add more to keep track of, it'd probably also spice up breeding a bit. An unimpressive stud that has a special nose is way more meaningful (let alone a T2 or a high stat stud). Potato pups with special claws are a little less potato. 

I don't have any particular idea for special colors (liver nose/skin? missing claws?) but feel free to add some below!
