Trophy drop adjustments for high level leads

I really like the idea of having all level 10+ enemies drop trophies, maybe with higher level enemies having slightly better odds? Then leveling up your lead will be rewarded, not punished.

Support! I've felt punished by getting my leads up to level 20 as well. 

I really support this. Its ridiculous how hard it is to get trophies the higher level you are. Not to mention that players are encouraged to level up because you find better wolves in explore and have an easier time in battling quests.
