Fox Base Progress/Info Gathering

Big thanks to all the players commenting their tracking stats and any tid bits of info in the comments! Yall are the real MVP!

Many of us are fighting foxes like theres no tomorrow so we can craft that new elusive fox tier 3 base. Here Ill be tracking all of my progress, and any related information I think is important:

Other random tracking info (here Ill include tracking info from other players)

-Tory has fought 13 foxes already and only got 1 dropped item. This leads me to wonder how difficult it will really be to get all 56 items without buying them off the trading center. Currently Im estimating it will take a mimimum of 300 fox fights. [Edit it now seems itll take over 1,000 fox encounters]

Misc info:

-The fact a fox 4 levels lower than me beat me so easily has me worried the fox fights will all be more difficult than usual

-Tory beat a level 17 arctic fox 5 levels higher than her lead and did not recieve a dropped item.

Edit: looking further back in my log it looks like energy used to fight fox enemies was actually less, I'm guessing that might be because they were easier to defeat before the update?

6 more foxes (2 red, 3 gray, 1 swift), no trophy items. 😓🤦‍♀️

Asking base recipe owners. One says Desert. Others are quiet for now. Trying to find correlation, but nothing is proven currently.

Any idea which biome is best to explore for red fox encounters?

I have seen red foxes in the deciduous forests and grasslands so far

For me it’s been the Tundra, others say Deciduous Forest but i’ve hardly got any red fox encounters there. Maybe because that’s my home biome at the moment? Not sure, but i’m moving to Tundra now so I’ll see if that effects the red fox rng for me or not.
