add small critters as companions

Please please please. The otter, the pika, the weasels, the badger, I NEED them as tiny companion (decor) for my wolves. The art is so beautiful and they look so precious. I could see them being very rare but it would be WONDERFUL my wolf needs an otter omg. 

A pika decor would tend to my crops and clear my skin :')

I would not like to have critters as companions, these which are hunted and eaten to survive. This would be quite unnatural to keep food around. If you want tiny critters, there are some insects and birds which are agile enough to avoid being caught by a carnivore.

I've never played Lioden so my reasons are independent of it.
