" mind if I join you Ad?" Z asked walking to her and looking at her "  looks like  all of us are stuck for a could of hours. "

Ad lifted her head off her paws to look at Z. “Sure, I don’t mind,” she said before resting her head back down. Her eyes dropped with the weight of the day that was finally getting to her.

Z sat my her and sighed before falling asleep

Ad stayed awake a while longer and watched the rain drip off the leaves outside. She listened to the slow breathing of the pack. She wouldn’t admit it, even to herself, but she sort of liked being with others for a change. She slowly drifted off.

Z watched over her when he away  an hour later. He smiled as he though of the life he would have. If he was with her. 

Adelite yawned and opened her heavy eyelids, meeting Z’s gaze. “Morning,” she grumbled.

" Morning" Z said smiling "wanna go walk with me?"

She got to her paws and stretched. “Sure, sounds good.”

Z nuzzled her and took her for a stroll but before he passed Kassie he said " im taking a walk with Ad for a while Kass"

kassie smiled and nodded " alright"

Adelite followed the wolf into the woods after greeting Kassie.
