Lower GC increase on immortal wolf slots

I agree that is kind of crazy spendy. They site would probably make more money off of cheaper slots as people buy more. It's easy to overspend or justify spending when it's just 10GC here or there, and I know on lioden I got attached to lions and would immortalize them. But no way would I pay that much for it. It's making me rethink some of my plans I had on here especially in regards to muties. Along with that muties (lethals especially) generate income for the site since they sell for so much GC.

Oh ew. See, I wanted to get some slots for lore purposes, but looking at that price increase put me right off. I'll have to rethink my plans ...

I had a whole goal based around immortalizing wolves I've pampered, or for lore/fandom purposes, but now Im seriously rethinking it now that I just realized the price. If not I'd pretty much have to throw all other projects out the window and save up solely for immortal slots, which seems useless functionally given that immortal wolves are purely aesthetic.

Additionally, assuming I did go ahead and buy immortal slots for my OG plan, by the time RNG ever does bless me with a lethal the price for an immortal slot could easily be up to, if not well over, 100GC by then.. Which scares me and makes me feel the slots should be (and maybe were intended to be?) reserved explicitly for lethals. 

I was under the assumption it would work similar to territory slots GC prices. Something like 10GC until you hit around slot 5 or 10, then it doubles. I'd be happy if this was how it worked. It raising by 10GC per slot just seems absurd though, as that adds up insanely fast (plus there's the 10gc for a Jellyfish on top of each slot too). 

The only differences I know of that are worth making a wolf immortal vs putting it in dynasty are that 1) it stays in your den and is "alive" whereas dynasty are dead, and 2) they can still wear decor whereas dead/dynasty wolves are stripped of decor.  However, I personally don't feel like them keeping decor on is enough motive to go for immortalizing over dynasty though when the price increase is so drastic.

No support, for what i can tell, immortal slots are supposed to be for special occasions/rare things such as lethals, basically for it to be a “trophy”

And hence is meant to be rather expensive, the dynasty exists for wolves you are sentimental with

The steep increase is meant to be a deterence for people so that people go “hm oh boy is that expensive, i should save it for very very special wolves” instead of just immortalising everything and ending up with 20+ immortals

I do not see reasons such as “i want this because i have X playstyle and it would realy support my playstyle” as valid because its pretty much grasping at straws for reasons why a thing should be added

I agree. 10gc is expensive enough for each slot when you have to pay 10gc for a jellyfish on top of it. Plus the wolves immortalized SERVE ABSOLUTELY NO PURPOSE other than they sit on your acct. Paying absurd prices like that is insane.

Partial support. I agree the price increments are a bit extreme, but having an immortal wolf is difficult for a reason and it should be reserved for a special occasion and not as an "exploit" to avoid adding wolves to the dynasty, when currently the only difference is the dead/alive status.

I do think though that the dynasty page should be improved so that it allows us to customize, keep the decor and write lore for the wolves we choose to put there. Something I already mentioned in another suggestion thread.

While I understand that these slots are intended for special wolves,  the price increase is already incredibly steep at just three slots.  Most of us will require more than three slots solely for mutations  ( + future ones )  and that is already at a 30 GC price point.

In addition,  many of us  ( myself included )  like to immortalize wolves that are important for the lore of the pack or that are particularly sentimental.  Yes,  you can have them in your dynasty,  but that is absolutely not the same thing.  Having them in a side tab compared to your actual pack is a completely different aesthetic and a lot of us want them directly on the main page to show them off and still see them.

A smaller increase would be much more viable,  similar to normal slots.  It already starts at 10 GC AND you need to buy the jellyfish on top of that,  which adds an extra 10 every time you do it.  I think it would be much fairer to increase it by 1 GC per slot.

Support. I absolutely love brachys, but I am at my 6th immortal slot now and as much as I want more, it's just not affordable.

Support, i love lethals but the price for the immortal slots really annoy me. Most lethals are worth a whopping 300-500 gc, AND you'll need a jellyfish to keep it alive.

Support! I think the first price is fair enough, but adding 10 GC on for every slot adds up quick. I feel like they should have a flat rate of 10 GC per slot, especially since you need to buy the jellyfish too.
