[Answered]Breeding Male Retirement

[Answered]Breeding Male Retirement

I've looked into this topic before but I haven't found the answer that's just right.  I know where to find all the cooldowns, I know you can retire a breeding male separately from lead if your breeding male is also the lead male.  But what I don't understand is where exactly to go to see how many days until the breeding male retirement cooldown is.  And as well as is the cost of retirement become free when the cooldown ends?

Why I'm confused about the amount of cooldown is because there's two places to see how many days until retirement cooldown ends. 1) Is in stud settings in the yellow box where it says "Remove Breeding Male" sometimes (like with my friend's stud) it tells you how many days left, but mine doesn't.  2) Is when you go under cooldowns and find "Breeding Male Retirement".  Mine currently is in the 130 rollovers.  Do I seriously have to wait that long?

So to get to the point here are my exact questions (if you didn't want to read all that):

1) When a breeding retirement ends, do I get to retire my breeding male for free?  Or is it still just 20 GC?

2) If it costs 20 GC no matter what, is it only free when your breeding male dies naturally?

3) If the yellow box saying "Remove Breeding Male" does not have an amount of days you have until you can retire.  Is "Breeding Male Retirement" what I have to watch to see when I can retire them?

4) Why doesn't my yellow "Breeding Male Retirement" box under the stud setting, not tell me how many days I have, while others have "You have recently set this breeding male, and are on cooldown before you can set another breeding male for [number] rollovers".

5) What is the point in the cooldown amount under cooldowns > breeding male retirement?

I'm sorry if some of these questions contradict each other but it just shows how much I'm confused by this lol.

Breeding male retirement is only free when they die naturally. Breeding males can't die from illness etc, only age. So until they reach 8yrs old, you will have to pay to retire them. The number of rollovers listed in the cooldown page is the number of rollovers until they reach that age.

There is a 30? day cooldown between assigning breeding males. If you retire a male during this period you will have an extra fee (25gc on top of the 20gc fee if I remember correctly.)

Edit to clarify:

The 'you have recently assigned this male' message is the cooldown for the extra fee, which is why you don't have it after that time period is over.
