Note: Payment is requested up front, I will not use/spend that payment so if I am unable to complete an order I can refund you.  Please read through my TOS for refund policy. By paying for a commission you are agreeing to my TOS:
    Payment must be received upfront.

  Ych will be completed 2 weeks of payment, unless communicated otherwise. Larger designs with multiple characters may take longer
If you require it by a certain date, this must be established beforehand, and you agree to being charged a rush fee.
   
    If I find out you have used my art to train or put through AI programs I will not longer accept commission for you and you will be blocked!

    I reserve the right to reject a commission for any reason. I will do my best to provide an explanation should any commission be rejected, I want to produce quality art we both enjoy, and I will reject a commission I feel I cannot complete to a high enough standard.

    My work may not be used to promote - or in relation to - hateful or illegal content, doing this will result in a ban from future commissions.

Do not trace my art and claim it as your own!

    Do not claim my work as your own, removing my name or not crediting me for my art will result in a ban from future commissions. Re-posting art with credit is always okay.
   
    My prices are a guideline, I reserve the right to change pricing based on your order and it's level of complication and extra details.
   
    If you would like to cancel your YCH you can receive a full refund if I have not started, or partial refund if I am only halfway done with coloring, if I am more then halfway done you will not receive a refund!
