Allow wolves in the pack's dynasty to be made immortal?

Support, I desperately want to immortalize my lead. I will stop rolling over as a protest if this option is not added, lol.

Supported. It doesn't make sense for us not to be able to immortalize our lead wolves. Immortalizing wolves is for sentimental reasons and we're likely to get most attached to our lead wolves.

I know I am attached to my lead. If I had known we couldn't immortalize our leads, I wouldn't have named her after a dog I had owned and lost. Now it is going to break my heart to lose Esther again, though a virtual one that doesn't look like her but still. :(

Yes, please!

My lead is just over 5 years old, and I'm already feeling anxious that I'm not gonna be albe to make him immortal.
Him and his mate are my starter wolves and as I'm sentimental, I like to keep them both as immortals in my pack. Now his mate I obviously can make immortal, but my lead is in trouble.

I also hope that immortal wolves are able to keep their decor, as these are important for their character to me, and when they just die, they lose it. Which I don't want to happen!

I'm happy with being able to make wolves immortal, after they've died, from the dynasty.

Or the option to retire your lead out of the role (without them dying!) while the heir takes their place as new leader of the pack. Maybe this could involve an proper Retire button showing up when your lead turns 7,5 years old, which enables the option to appoint a new heir. I'm not one to really integrate lore into my pack, but this makes it easier for players who do, to have their retired lead symbolically mentor their heir into their new role as pack leader.

^ That was indeed what I was trying to say, but as my post got longer, I guess I forgot to detail a bit about what I meant.

Retire your lead (they still live, but can't take a new role) and have them 'mentoring' the new heir.
Whether this would become a game mechanic or just simply stays as a piece of lore for players who want to integrate that in their pack's lore and stories. I don't think I mind either way.

This enables them to either peacefully die and be stored in the dynasty, or to be made immortal if a player wishes to do so, since they're now just 'another' wolf in the pack.

Support, I hope the devs consider this. It would also be wonderful if this feature let users go back and immortalize dead leads as well, but just having the option for future wolves would be nice.

Yeah if they could do both already dead wolves and current leads, that would be great.

Support. I already dread the day my lead retires because as of right now, there's no way to make her immortal. But I'd really love to immortalize her, decorate her, and just keep her around. I really hope there will be a way to do this some day.

Support! I absolutely will be devastated if there is no way to immortalize lead wolves when the time comes and my lead goes the way of the Dodo. :<
