Pack relationships

I find this interesting, I dont know about them giving you gifts but allowing them pack names such as Beta, Delta, Subordinate depending on friendship with the lead seems interesting

I like the idea of a friendship bar, but my idea would be of random flavour text that raise this bar.

After finishing certain tasks (hunting, foraging, scouting), or at rollover, or I dunno, after breeding, a green banner with a flavour text could come out telling you that one of your wolf have interacted in a certain way with another member of the pack:

"After coming back from the hunt, Wolf1 decided to lie down next to Wolf2. They chatted a bit and remembered their pup days"

Something like that. And they will get +1 friendship point. Friendship will have no consequences but it would be funny to maybe see two wolves become friends in quite a random way. Of course, personalities could matter, so that clashing personalities don't get interactions in between them.

This could be really cute, as long as it's fully optional! I wouldnt want to add more micromanaging and stress, but a feature with only positive consequences would be nice!

Yaaaaaas! Give me socializing wolves! Give me wolves challenging the leader! Give me interpack relationships!

Oh, I really love this idea and a lot if the suggestions posted in the thread!

It might be fun to see wolves if clashing personalities be able to overcome their differences, to some degree! Like if your hunting party has some conflicting personalities having them max out friendship with each other would reduce the chance of them squabbling during a hunt! Because let's be real, in the real world we can't just change the personalities of those around us to make things go smoothly, we learn conflict resolution! Plus not everyone wants to drop 100sc at the personality snake, so this would allow them some small benefit while still keeping the clashing mechanic in place, just leaving it up to RNG with different odds for friendships.

honestly I love this, from someone who plays lioden regularly wolvden feels like it has very little to do in comparison. Even something small like this would be good and would have me actually visiting my wolves pages daily instead of just feeding/amusing from the hoard.

Oh this would be cool! Support. I already interact with and feed my wolves every day so I think this would be a nice addition to get more time in with them and appreciate them more.

mhm! this sounds like an amazing Idea! If I may add on to this topic? I think it would be cool as well if wolves could "interact" with each other through flavor text. Since some personalities do clash, I personally think to have the friend ship bar go up or down based on that. While it would indeed both be cool and beneficial to have wolves eventual get over each other differences when hunting... sometimes that just might not happen! XD I mean some people just don't get along point blank and I think would be really cool to see just in flavor text. maybe with no actual effect in hunting? because that seems like a pain to code in as well as coming up with flavor text. Having said that if the devs do agree to flavor text, maybe we could do a suggestion/poll on text for each personality and pro's and cons? that would give a lot of options for flavor text that's for sure.

This sounds like an amazing idea, I think your pack doesn't have like enough relations to each other and gives more of a reason to keep certain wolves
