Both options have positives and negatives and I do think this may have been the best outcome Thank you for the news wd team!

Posted 2024-02-23 23:39:00 #1161313 Honestly I don't even use the jellyfish because like some others, I rather liked the idea of having them stand next to my wolves instead. Going to have to double check now and make sure I don't have any of them equipped since one or two of them could still be displayed alongside a wolf without blocking them entirely. Given the whole event was surrounding romance, even last year I had sort of expected them to be made to display... well... more like the recent "company of Sirona" and "Company of Quany" decors function. (Or like the one with Eranthis where they are lying next to your wolf.) I guess I just am not sure why this is the solution over providing jellyfish with the decors every year?

Posted 2024-02-23 23:40:42 (edited) #1161314 Honestly I'd much rather have decor I can pair alongside an existing wolf rather than hiding and replacing them altogether. But since that was the original purpose of this decor anyway, I understand the reasoning behind the change. Sadly I don't think I'll be using any of the decor if it's implemented, because I work hard on my wolves to look nice and I don't want some NPC replacing them. Edit: Having an item such as the jellyfish allows people to be creative with decor if they want, it's fun! I don't see why having either options could be an issue. If it's the cost of the item itself, I'm sure there could be other solutions rather than giving up on the original idea.
