Hi everyone! I'm relatively new (3 or 4 days I think??) But I just got my first decorations and Bg's...some say 4 uses but I can only apply them to one wolf. Am I missing something?

Decors and backgrounds can only be given to one wolf at a time. But you can remove the item and give it to a different wolf until all its uses are gone.
