Posted 2023-11-02 10:23:05 #1087177 I gave a quick peek and didn't see similar ideas or anything in the masterlist, so apologies if this had already been suggested and I missed it! I recently realized that I wasn't very efficient with my battle talents, and went to attempt to reset my talents planning to keep the Pack Life/Leader talents and only re-shuffling the others. However, with the current system, I would apparently be required to lose some of my wolves just to change my battle talents. Because of this, I can't reset my talents at all--I don't want to lose anyone! I believe the easiest way to resolve this would be when resetting, have the new talents be selected before finalizing the reset, and only make the "error" message happen if Pack Life/Leader aren't re-selected with the new choices. If the user keeps those two talents selected, they can reset without issues and without losing wolves. Implementing this would require a coding change to have the finalization of the talent-reset be done after selecting the new talents, but I don't believe it should be an overly complex change--hopefully! I made a mistake of choosing a talent that I didn't want when my current lead leveling up, and it's not a big deal, but it's still a bit annoying to me.

Because I have too many wolves and the talent Pack Life/Leader prevented me from resetting it too.

Such a system is very much needed! To make it seem reasonable, perhaps a slightly more expensive price than resetting all the talents is also acceptable.

I agree, I'd be willing to pay more SC if needed to balance it out, that's a good idea! It's just frustrating having to now scramble to find a lot more SC to get me to the limit to be able to reset, when I plan on putting that talent back anyway; I'd much rather pay an extra but more reasonable amount to partially reset 😵‍💫

Huge support!! I was having this same issue because I was adding a talent, accidentally chose the wrong thing, and wasn't able to reset

Agree! I just leveled up my lead, and I accidentally chose the wrong talent when I was looking through my options, and now I can't reset.
