About LettersWhat are letters to Santa?A letter to Santa is a letter you write for your Secret Santa to read, that tells them what you would like for Christmas! This is helpful for your Santa so that they can have an idea of what to get you that would make you the most happy on Christmas day!Who can write a letter?ALL Santas may write a letter! It is not a requirement, but very recommended if you want to be sure to get what you want or something close to that! If you're unsure of what to ask for in your letter, you're more than welcome to say things like "anything" or "surprise me" and leave it entirely up to your Santa! Keep in mind though that this can result in receiving whatever the Santa sees fit for gifting, which can be something that isn't what you want/expect or isn't valuable (within reason of Rule #1 above). However, it can alternatively result in something that is what you want/expect or is valuable (again, within reason of the rules). You could be in for a real surprise, just don't be disappointed with what you get because remember, YOU said "anything".Can I write a letter if I'm not signed up as a Santa?Unfortunately, no. Santa sign-ups were open for all of November, you had a month to sign up as one and join this event. If you aren't a Santa, and do NOT have your name or ID up on The Santa List, you unfortunately cannot participate. With the way this works with sorting people for gifting, we cannot add more Santas on a whim because it would require re-sorting everyone to ensure everyone has a person to gift and someone to be gifted by. I repeat, if you DO NOT have your name/ID on The Santa List, you MAY NOT write a letter to Santa as it won't count for anything!When should I write my letter?Any time! But be aware that we are implementing a deadline this year! Letters should be submitted by December 12th to allow your Santa enough time to gather your gift! It is strongly recommended that you DO NOT procrastinate on it! To allow your Santa ample time to get you your gift, please avoid posting your letter at the last minute and putting your Santa on a time crunch to get you what you want! If you post your letter just days before Christmas, don't be disappointed if you don't get what you asked for as your Santa may have went ahead and got you something they thought you would like before you posted your letter, or that they didn't have enough time to get what you wanted so had to find a quick substitute! Wolvden-wise, here are a few things that would make me happy! I prefer adding more things than necessary to make it easier for my Santa to find something they have or is not too expensive so they are in a spoiler Here goes... TIER 3 SPECIAL WISH (I'm trying to make Aziraphel and Crowley wolves): Fluffy mane, white Custom decor: dark sunglasses Custom decor: teacup lapland bunting x 2 double love bracelet love letter scattered rose petals other things i love: - Custom decor. There are so many great ones! (in case, surprise me) - any event base or marking applicator - any anniversary or festive decor, from any year - A pretty NBW (I can base change if the base is low tier) - anything that reminds you of Christmas - any pet-friend decor - crafted jays or their recipes - ornate fang necklace / canine fang necklace / big claw necklace - mustelid fang tail jewelry - squirrel carcass decor - bird nest recipes (bush, branch, tree) - surprise! - anything from my wish list DREAM Conjoined twins, polymelia or sirenomelia XD Since I love surprises I thought it would be useful to write a small list of things I don't like/use/need: - masks or other that cover the wolf's face - any of the body spikes - breeding items - wolves to use with the jellyfish - food I'd love the art of one - or if possibile of a pair of them together - of the wolf-versions of my OTPs (Malec or Ineffable husbands). Dear Santa, This year for Christmas I wish for GC/SC, NBW Wolves with special markings, bases or eyes. Id love some Custom Decor and backgrounds. I have a list in my profile of BGs that I want but any others as well would be awesome! Event apps are always great and Id love some art of any of my wolves, especially of the ones that have names. Dear Santa, This year for Christmas I wish for more peace in the world, for opportunities to get together and celebrate our world's natural and cultural diversity. On the personal side, I'd love to start deciding on who I want to be and pick a proper goal to aim for! For Wolvden gifts, I would love items from my wishlist. I'd also appreciate any event items, specifically natural decor and backgrounds, as well as custom decor (I love birds and other small animals, and plants) and currency! Grove stuff like RMAs, marking removal, and IBF are great too :] This is my Collectors' Spreadsheet, my goal is to get every item not filled out there :] if I could pick only one category of items to get something from, it would definetely be one of the recipes from there, though I am very much actively searching for everything else there too! – Aspen #WolvdenSSmail23 |
