You can order a semi custom by filling out a form, if you read all the posts you should have a better understanding.
There are also premade available to buy occasionally, you pick the one you like the most and ask for it by number.

I did read but I wasn't quite sure haha. I seen the premade but it looks like all are taken at the moment so that's why I was a bit confused and asking. :) Ill add my request down below. Please let me know if I made a mistake and need to change anything.

Looks great!  You can set up a private trade with 10   and a buyout of 1   Once I finish the design I'll buyout the trade and send you the URL of their first stage, which will update after 3-5 days to their youth stage and then their adult design.
