there are still a few smudges out of the lines here and there, one which you can notice at the back, near the sleeve as well as the cap. your lines are also pretty squiggly which could result in your decor being rejected when you submit it (you will also get a message with pretty much everything that you'd need to make changes to and then submit it again).

you also seem to have blurred the eyes and, I assume you wanted to make them glow, it does not quite look like they're glowing.
there's also a little hole near the end of the shirt that is missing colour.

the shading looks alright, I think the lines are really what will pose one of the major problems when you submit it

Seconding the advice given by harupawz. The lines need to be smoother and cleaner while still reflecting the ripples and folds of the fabric. The colors spill outside of the lines in some areas, and the stripes on the shirt are messy, so I'd say the coloring also needs to be cleaner. The buttons will also need to be rendered to look more realistic. Overall the decor lacks the feel of real fabric. Keep working on rendering it to look more realistic - don't be afraid to use references of shirts online to better understand how to render the fabric. Here's a link to a recent decor of mine that may help you understand what the head artists are looking for in a clothing decor: link I hope that helps
