Allow pups born with a disability to be able to do something other than the herbalist role

Allow pups born with a disability to be able to do something other than the herbalist role

I'm not talking about completely removing the restriction but just allowing disabled pups to do something after a period of time ( and dedication! )

Timeline of the jobs they can take overtime

- First, training could be allowed when they reach adolescence if they had at least 90% survival chance for at least 2-3 consecutive rollovers, they learn to navigate the world with their disability more safer and are less likely to have accidents ; However! An adolescent disabled woof may return with wounds, one could even return with a scar decor applied to them, which if you didn't want on them, you'd have to remove it yourself.
- When they reach at least 5 trainings done, and they reach adulthood, they can take on the hunter or pipsitter role, they can use their remaining senses to detect dangers and protect pups effectively at this point, but sometimes they can get hurt on these jobs! Also, those pupsitters may not detect issues in time, and that can lead to a pup injury!
- The scout role will eventually be unlocked if they do so good at their job ( Pupsitter: at least 5 puppies protected successfully into adulthood. Hunter: 5 successful hunts ), the scout role is also open once at least 5 full trainings have been done with the pup as an adolescent,  again, can get hurt more and more often when scouting.
- eventually, they come over so much obstacles, that they can get less hurt while out scouting, hunting, or protecting the pups, and they can gain leadership! Adolescents can get this instantly at 8 to 9 trainings done!

So any ideas on how to make this idea better, or do you not support this? Make sure your opinion is heard!

I love this idea! I think that disabled wolves should have to have more training with the result of being more skilled in their job.

Big support! I always wanted to have/breed a deaf/blind pup and if they would need to struggle to find their place in the pack! Maybe, they would have also problems with their packmates at first because they don't accept them? Like when you do your rollover, there is a chance of x% that the wolf lost Hp because a packmate attacked the wolf?
