A wolfdog that was found by Horus the Feared. Horus was exploring the Tundra one day when he had stumbled across the wolfdog who was growling and snarling at the albino Alpha. Mamoru at the time was nameless, and the only thing on his mind was to protect his younger sisters from the world outside, as it had hurt Mamoru more than anyone could understand.

Horus saw something in the young male, yet no one in the clan could see what Horus saw. Horus knew that someone who has been hurt by the world, who would use his own life to protect his family? That was what a clan needed. His Clan needed someone like Mamoru, not like Horus, who was too scared to throw his life away for a clan who wasn't too keen on him ruling them any way. They needed Mamoru, and Horus spent a year training the adol until he went to the Eclipsed Cliff to join the elders in becoming immortals to watch over the Clan for years to come.
