Polaris

As the sun began to set, the forest began to move with the wind. A wolf began to prowl his territory. Eyes focused a head of him, his ears listening to the faintest of sounds, his nose twitching, smelling scents both new and old. He paused for a moment, looking up at the rising moon. He stood there for a few moments, before looking back to a head of him, sighing softly. " You're beautiful as always, with your glow and the stars behind you. Thank you for watching over me for another night." He said proudly, taking another glance up at the sky in front of him before he continued on his walk.

He walked for a few hours,, making sure that his territory was in check. He paused for a moment, his head turning over in the direction you are approaching from. He lifts his head a little higher, ears up and ahead, his glowing eyes never leaving yours," Hello.." He said," My name is Polaris, Alpha of the Scarred Stars, Who night you be?" He asked, watching you carefully and keeping his distance.
