Born and raised within the Pine pack, she was only half a year old when the former leader died of old age. Seal grew up under the rein of Sauvignon Blanc, though jealous that she was not chosen as the heir, and was assigned to be the first scout of the new generation.

On one of her routine trips, she stumbled upon Atreus, a male wolf who had decided to leave his home pack in search of a better life. After saving his life from the brink of fatal hypothermia, she led him to their pack where she plead to Sauvignon and eventually helped to get Atreus appointed into the pack as the secondary scout in command.
