A spotty wolf who was found in the desert by Steam. Gravel proved to be good company towards Steam. She offered he should come into Rime Pack, and introduced him to Polar. Gravel saw that Polar had pups, and volunteered to take care of them. Though Polar was initially wary of him, Gravel proved to be an excellent pupsitter and was welcomed as their caretaker.
Gravel used to have a mate in his previous pack. Despite having puppies together with her, his mate would soon leave him. Gravel was so disheartened that he would eventually leave his pack. But thanks to Steam, he has found a better life in Rime, taking a liking towards Misty (as a friend) and caring for all of Rime's puppies.
Following the pups reaching maturity, and Dawn's mistake preventing them from taking care of her puppies, Misty and Gravel decided to form a pair bond together so that they could adopt puppies and continue their role as sitters.
However, this eventually got out of hand as he and Misty would bring in pups that weren't from the Enclave. They soon adopted their last pup, Smoke, who proved difficult to manage. The pair would decide to retire from pupsitting and look after the elders in the pack. Any potential pupsitter duties would go to Dove and Pebble, two of their found pups.
