Basima

Story:

Basima was wandering the frozen glaciers, her paws stiff from mild frostbite. Basima was familiar with the harsh cold since she had to live here in order to survive with her vibrant color that stood out like a sore thumb. As Basima wandered wearily she was contemplating on what to do with herself until she eventually stumbled upon another female wolf. Her greyish-blue fur with her shining blue eyes made her seem almost mystical like she carried more wisdom than the life she is living. The stranger speaks, "Are you weary? Unwanted? Wondering what to do with yourself?" her voice was so soothing and gentle it was entrancing. Basima was cautious, "Of course, anyone here would be but why would that concern you?" Basima noticed a slight smirk appeared on the stranger's face, almost like she had won. The stranger continues "I'm Ashru, I was a wanderer like you once. Now I continue to wander but with a home and family to go to. There is plenty of food and other provisions for you there." her voice seemed so convincing and alluring. Basima thought about it for a moment, she was tired and wanted a place to rest, "I'll only stay for a bit but I will leave shortly after. I'm not one to stay in the same place." Once again Ashru smirked but this one dissipated quickly, "Of course you are more than welcomed to stay the night. However, Basima stayed more than a night, in fact, she stayed many a night and has no intention of leaving now.
