Golau y Wawr - often called Golau - is the second Blaenori of Pont-y-Rhedyn. She always appears before a birth is imminent, and is believed to guide new souls from the otherworld to the presentworld, to their new bodies. She doesn't often stop to chat, but she's incredibly kind and affable, and can occassionally be seen playing with young pups. The pack treats her with reverence.
It's not particularly clear when Golau was born. She was born to a meudwy, and she lived as a meudwy. She had a great deal of respect for the pack, however. Apparently Heuldys had assisted with her birth - hence her native name. She wasn't well known to the pack, living more as a cryptid. Ysbryd took an interest in her, though, especially in her seemingly similar ability to see spirits. Eventually Ysbryd left the pack to live on the outskirts with Golau - it is told that the two are pairbonded, though this is only a rumor.
