Stalkers need Smarts and Wisdom.
Chasers need Speed and Agility.
Finishers need Strength.
Scouts need Strength and Wisdom (to scout the most difficult biomes).
Leads need Strength, Speed, Agility, and Smarts (for battling).
Herbalists do not currently need particular stats but will need Smarts and Wisdom in the future.
Pup sitters do not need particular stats but should have good numbers across the board if you plan to use them as teachers also.
