I don't have any diagnosed illness, nor depression or anxiety, though it runs very strong in my family and I definitely feel the blues a lot. So, if I don't respond, don't take it personally, I'm either being lazy or sorting myself out!
I'm not the best at giving advice, though. I have a lot of trouble trying to put myself in people's shoes, even though I think of myself as empathetic it's just not an option for me sometimes.
