Biography
Nighthawk joined the pack as an older adol. He came from a vicious old pack that was broken up by the surrounding packs - him and the other pups were distributed to good homes.
Nighthawk arrived without a name. He was an antsy young wolf that had trouble staying in one place for long. It was clear he wasn't fit for the role of pupsitter, and wasn't compatible with any of the hunter groups. Firebird recognized his skills and took him under her wing and trained him to replace the elder scout that had recently retired.
While Firebird, with her light colouring, did better scouting during the day - Nighthawk found that his dark pelt aided him best while scouting at night.
He looked up to Firebird like an older sister, and decided to name himself with her in mind.
He named himself Nighthawk - night, because of his dark pelt and because he loved travelling & scouting at night, and hawk because of Fire"bird".
With Firebird's recent retirement, Nighthawk has taken on the responsibility of training young Flaming Embers to fill her role. She has a keen understanding of the importance of her role and diligently follows Nighthawks training.
