Ammonite was only a barely weaned pup when she begun her life as a child of the bear Liliemore, but was swiftly chosen by a loving pair of wolves from the Salmonstone pack. Despite her adoptive mothers' ferocious legacy, little Ammonite never felt the obligation to uphold that sheer strength, and was content with her place as a subordinate. She was always close with her parents, and her personality shaped much like her father Foliose, although she took after her mother in athletics. Ammonite had never taken on a special role, but for some unexplained reason, the packs' Lunar Envoy Abalone, took a deep liking to her. He admired her level head and the way she was happy to take up the "rear" of all tasks, never complaining. When they became close, Ammonite was always infatuated with the sensitivity Abalone had to the lunar world.
Soon enough the pair would become an inseparable and formidable pair of lovers, teaching all the youngsters what they could about the dreamlands that were occasionally visited. Ammonite soon adorned herself with precious stones and plants plucked from the lunar world, as a symbol of devotion to her loving mate. Abalone would go on to make sure that even though she was of lower status; the pack wolves treated her with the highest respect. Ammonite went on to help and survey the litters born to Mosikayneeuh and Billie, personally taking over their care when the mothers needed a break from the nursery. Ammonite was beloved by all around her.
