PACK ORIGIN
Originating from the Roman Hercynian Forest, the ancients were known as Florentes Cor (Flowering Heart) for their compassion and yearning to learn more. They spoke Latin, naming their members Latin words, either after their a[appearances, personalities or talents.
Well known as exceptional healers, allied with a pack known for their wits and another for their strengths, they traded information, shared goods and some members even shared blood.
Eventually their yearning became stronger, venturing from their land of origin and finding a more lush and flourishing land to reside in. Renaming themselves Everthorn after the vast expanse of thorns that bordered their territory.

REGARDING TRAVELERS
Welcoming strangers, taking in abandoned pups and other species, accepting of all no matter their cultural roots and assisting them in their practices as well.
Any and all travelers are welcome to pass through, trade information, share goods and even stay for awhile if needed.
Usually wary of newcomers, watching them interact with the pups was the best way to assess someones demeanor by seeing how they treat younglings.
Those who pass this assessment may stay long as they please but those who don't, may only stay for one or two moon cycles.

Younger members are given a mentor until 36 moon cycles or 3 sun cycles (3 years); after that they are expected to perform their task with little guidance but are still offered guidance until the age of 60 moon cycles or 5 sun cycles (5 years); at 60 moon cycles or 5 sun cycles (5 years) they're expected to properly perform their task with little to no mistakes.

PACK LANGUAGE
- Executors are the pack Hunter, catching food and fending off other predators.
- Outriders are the pack Scouts, searching new territories, fighting off any potential threats and placing border markers
- Keepers are pupsitters for the pack, teaching the younglings basics of survival and guarding them from any danger.
- Healers are the herbalists of the pack, having extensive knowledge of herbs, able to tell harmful from harmless and curing others.
- Leaders, sometimes referred to as Commanders are the head honcho of the pack, they're in charge of the entire pack and help keep others in line, organize meetings, manage new comers, oversee trades, ect.
- Younglings, another way of referring to pups or adolescents, wolves are called younglings through puphood until they reach 1 sun cycle old and rarely called younglings by older pack members
- One Moon Cycle is equal to one month and One Sun Cycle is equal to a year.
- Midnight or the middle of the night is known as Moon High.
- The middle of the day is known as Sun High.
- Dawn also known as Sunrise is called Moon low.
- Dusk also known as Sunset is called Sun low.
