βΏ greenmoss worships deer as their spiritual animals.
βΏ every wolf has a somesort of deer counterpart that is believed to be a spirit of themselves.
βΏ greenmoss believes the land takes form into a white deer. they believe eating any type of deer connects them to the spirits.
βΏ greenmoss lotus believes in mythology and their own gods. they believe in two gods named florida / in latin [ meaning flowering ] and sempervirens / in latin [ meaning evergreen ]
βΏ greenmoss believe in connections with the land they stand on and value it above all else.

βΏ when choosing a new heir/lead wolf, every member gets a say and the final say goes through beta / higher ups. the new heir/lead wolf doesnt have to be related to the previous alpha but sometimes the next alpha might be the previous alpha's offspring.
βΏ every member has some knowledge and understanding of herbs. this is essential.
βΏ every member contributes and plays an important role to the pack.
βΏ the herbalist must train every wolf that comes of age as an apprentice.
βΏ pups must be trained the lesson "beginner foraging" once of age at least once.
βΏ all members are free to choose to have mates / or pups despite any rank.
βΏ all higher ups wear any sort of body paint.
βΏ all members under 1 year stay under caretakers supervision until they receive a rank.

[ caretakers/healers may sometimes have the role of a hunter. ]
βΏ lead wolf ; highest ranking wolf in the pack. the lead wolf is to guide the rest of the pack and have control over almost everything. the lead wolf gets the final say in everything [depending on the situation]. there is usually 1 lead wolf at a time unless the lead wolf chooses to have a mate or a companion.
βΏ companion ; basically acting as a second alpha. doesnt have to be mate of the lead wolf.
βΏ beta ; second highest ranking. the beta usually acts a second mind of perspective. the beta may have duties like assigning hunting parties, roles, etc. the beta is extremely important when it comes to helping/mending the lead.
βΏ herbalist ; the herbalist is one of the top ranking members along with beta & lead/most experienced pupsitter. there maybe 1-2 herbalists at a time, the second herbalist usually being the herbalist offspring or mate. they play one of the most important roles as they tend to the wounded and look after the pack. could even say they devote their life to it.
βΏ mentors ; mentors are one of the highest respecting members. being mostly elders and highly experienced / wise wolves in the pack. they teach and guide the young into the world, preparing them for adulthood.
βΏ scout ; scouts are respected members. scouts are essential, always being needed to sent out to scout ahead of the territory. they play a role when scouting for new areas, hunting grounds, territories, looking for prey, etc.
βΏ messenger; messengers play an essential role. they contact and deliver messages to other packs about important news who are also involved against the evil pack. they also deliver news about what's going on with other packs.
βΏ traveller ; travellers are members that travel across the lands discovering the mysteries of the situation. they also go far and wide discovering new herbs and plants, collecting them and bringing them back when they can. they also go out and look for wolves for recruitment.
βΏ pupsitter / caretaker / healers ; these 3 roles sit around the same ranking / respect. they are essential when raising and taking care of the pack. pupsitters look after the young and may even teach them. caretakers are mostly important, they are like mediators,, tending and looking after every member. healers are a rank below herbalist, being wolves having some experience and knowledge of herbs.
βΏ hunters ; hunters are essential for the pack having food and never starving. mostly every member contributes to being a hunter at some point
