- The Beginning -
Kai wandered through the forest, sniffing every possible nook and cranny. He picked up a scent, a wolf scent. Kai followed the scent until it led him to a strange wolf. He tried sneaking up to her silently, however she picked up his scent before he could reach her. The other wolf spun around quickly, a growl deep in her throat. "Don't be afraid," Kai barked standing up slowly. The strange wolf sniffed the air, trying to get familiar with Kai's scent. Kai walked around the wolf, realizing the beautiful she is. "I'm Kai, pack leader of SoulBound pack," Kai woofed sitting down. "I am Vau. I don't have a pack and really need one," Vau whimpered quietly. Kai ears perked up, sniffing the air. "You could join my pack, I don't have anyone in it yet," he admitted, silently hoping she would agree to join. "How can you be leader of a pack that has no wolves in it?" Vau barked jokingly, Kai chuckled thinking about how perfect she would be for his pack. "Aha! Yes i'll join!" Vau woofed excitedly. Kai got up swiftly, trotting over to Vau to get her scent. "Let's go find our forever home," Vau barked happily, Kai nodded and took the lead.

- The First Friend -
Vau and Kai wandered through the forest for their forever home. Vau stopped to sniff this clearing the companions were traveling through. "What about this place?" Vau barked to Kai, her tail wagging at the thought of finally having a place to rest. Kai looked around, "Yes! this is perfect, i'll go scout the area and you start digging the first cave." Vau nodded and looked for a place to start digging while Kai set out. Kai wandered through unfamiliar territory until its been searched through and through. Kai stopped, sniffed and spun around. A wolf scent came trailing to him and he wasn't happy about it. Kai growled, "Show yourself! You're on SoulBound pack territory!" A whimper came from the ferns and a frightened wolf came cowering out. "What are you doing on SoulBound pack territory," Kai got all up in the wolf's face and snarled. "I'm sorry! I didn't know, please I don't have a pack, please oh please let me join yours!" the strange wolf backed down, whimpering. Kai's ears perked up at the sound of a new pack member. Kai's tail wagged, and so did the strange wolf's, how odd. Kai played with the wolf for what seemed like hours until he decided to agree to let him in. "Yes! you're perfect for my pack! Follow me and I'll show you around," Kai woofed, and signaled to the new wolf to follow him.

- The First Puppy - (SFW!!!!!!!)
Shela paced around the cave, whimpering. Kai continued to make the nest, hurrying as the time went faster. Time was running out, the first puppies ever born in SoulBound pack were arriving, and fast. Kai finished making the nest and guided Shela over, and she flopped down. Kai exited the den, along with every other wolf in the pack, wanting to give her space. Hours went by as the pack began to split up, performing their regular duties. Kai however, hung back silently pacing, wishing to the ancient wolf god that Shela would be okay. But then, Kai heard little puppies whimpering. Kai barked excitedly wanting to introduce the first puppies.
