Welcome to the Juniper Pack!
The Juniper Pack is a very new pack, coming about when Zarrus left his birthpack to start a new life for himself. On his travels, he met a beautiful wolf by the name of Duchess who convinced him to start a pack of his own. Originally settling in the mountains, he met several new pack members. Forming incredibly strong bonds, the wolf had truly found his home. After having a few litters and sending some of his pups off to other Alphas in hopes of gaining their favor, Zarrus decided that a change of scenery was needed.
The pack made their way into the forest, finding it a better fit for themselves than the mountains. It is here that The Juniper Pack was officially established. Zarrus rules with kindness and mercy, loving his packmates fully and allowing them to do whatever they wish as long as they keep up with their duties.
Now, the Alpha is growing old and he needs to find a new heir to take his place upon retirement. And Oecleus was chosen to take Zarrus' place as Alpha. He has been trained as a scout and upon Zarrus' retirement, Oecleus will take his rightful place at the head of The Juniper Pack.
End of Generation 1
Oecleus has officially taken over. He already has made some questionable decisions in his time as Alpha. The brute gave all males hunting or scouting duties and is reluctant to let any of his females do those tasks. He even took a mate, a young wolf by the name of Timewalker who was only a pup when she was first brought into the pack under Zarrus' reign. Many have questioned his decision in such a young mate but Timewalker swears to the gods that she loves Oecleus truly and fully and is ready to step into the role of Queen.
We shall see where this road takes us.
