Sun Striders

Forged in light, blessed by the moon and touched by fate, these beings walk as mortals yet each possess potent abilities or qualities capable of bringing about great harmony and destruction in equal measure. Treading such a fine line of fate and power they live in seclusion, sequestered and contained, their presence only felt in the whispers of myths and legends because to be exposed would mean leaving a permanent mark on the mortal realm. And yet they can be found, the path to them predetermined by fate and walked only by the blessed and the doomed alike who are never thereafter heard from again because to find the Sun Striders is to become one.
