Stonefly Creek (WIP)
The wolves of Stonefly Creek are remnants of the former multitudes of of Red Wolves and Eastern Wolves that roamed the Appalachian foothills. The pack is still new, with Cypress being their first pack leader, recruiting the wolves she's been able to locate in the former territories surrounding the river.
Stonefly Creek wolves rely heavily on the river and various creeks and wetlands surrounding their territory, making fishing one of their primary food sources. They hold certain species of fish, such as catfish, to a very high esteem even if they still eat them. The members of this pack, for the most part, believe in and revere a catfish deity though it's not clear if this deity is anymore than a protective spirit to these wolves.
Pack life is loosely structured with each wolf doing their duty to train the next generation. The lead wolves and the Herbalist hold the highest ranking positions within the pack with Advisors ranking right after and together these wolves help make decisions that are important for the pack.
