MoonRite Pack

You have wandered for many months, just trying to find somewhere safe. You’ve been running from something, and you want to leave that something far far behind you. You enter a strange forest, the redwoods towering above you like giants in the mist. A light fog has settled across this land, you cannot see an inch in front of your muzzle. The moon shines through the trees, casting you in an eerie spotlight. The scent of several strange wolves fills your nostrils, yet you still can’t see anything through the mist. 

Suddenly, a small black and white adolescent appears in front of you. You jump back in surprise, the young wolf seemed to just pop out of nowhere. The small wolf giggles as they hop towards you, their tail wagging a million miles a hour. “Hi!” They say, “I’m Milky Way, Milky for short. What are you doing here? Are you lost?” Hesitating for a second, you nod your head. The wolf’s eyes seem too old for it’s obviously young age as it looks you up and down. “Oh, I see. Here, come with me! My moms can help you! And our leader! He’s so nice, come on now!” The pup bounds a few paces away, her silhouette just visible through the fog. Making up your mind, you race after the wolf into the unknown.
