The Sanctuary Pack

You emerge into a narrow canyon at the head of a high, twisting mountain trail; a 'bite' taken out of the surrounding rock, providing shelter from the bitter wind. The ground is soft underfoot with heather and pine needle. Behind you, the woods are strange and twisted with the altitude, trees with bent trunks and gnarled branches. They make strange, otherworldy shapes against the sky.
A wolf emerges from the cliffs, his head tilted to take you in. "Ah," he says. "So you have braved the Sprites to come here. Welcome to The Jawbone, then. Please-- stay a while. The woods aren't safe, this time of year"
The Sanctuary Pack was founded by Seven, Rover,Saturn, Hat Trick and Fincher. Their first leader, Seven, was the sole survivor of a Nature Sanctuary's repopulation project, and most of that first council were also born and raised in captivity.Â
The pack's council currently consists of Lead Hunter Walker, Lead Scout Slough Creek, Lead Herbalist Tends to Daises, and Lead Puspsitter Shiloh. The pack's third leader, Maize, is doing her best to keep her pack together, having recently weathered a civil war that nearly cost her her own life.
