Pack of Wander

Above lands that whisper and hum, the moon drowns the last of the dusk. Clouds turn see-through in front of its soft light, and rain begins to pitter patter onto the chilled ground below. Each drop gleams against the dark like tiny falling stars. The smell of curiosity lingers in the air, mingling with the gentle petrichor that gathers alongside it, as ever-moving silhouettes make their way across the wind-fed fields. "It always takes me by surprise," one says to another. "How much more there is to see." The other figure says nothing, but their eyes are kind and knowing.

The two silhouettes gaze at the moon. They are alone, but alone together. They are guided by their wanderlust -- nothing less, and nothing more.
