- Wolves are to have pup names and be given adult names when they are grown
- Pups are to be named on the day they are born
- A wolf is to be given their adult name strictly on the day they reach adulthood
- Bought wolves must be given a pack name on the day that they are bought
- Pack members are not to be neglected unless lack of resources does not allow so
- In a famine, nursing mothers and pups younger than 6 months are to be cared for first
- A wolf may only be the breeding male if he has been born in the pack
- Inbreeding is forbidden and must be avoided at all costs

- Only a wolf of Jorun's lineage may lead the pack
- If a wolf inherits the pack, all their relatives lose their breeding rights
- The wolf first in the line of inheritance must become the beta
- Only an adult may become the beta
- A male leader cannot be the breeding male
- The order of inheritance is decided by the current leader
- If a wolf with an adult name inherits leadership, they must be given a special name
- Pups are to be omitted from the order of inheritance
