Roles & Their Rules

Tribe Leader

-The leader cannot be paired with the breeding male.
-The tribe leader cannot be the breeding male.

The Heir of the Tribe

-The heir must be related to the tribe founder, Moon Riser.
-They must be under 5 years old. If they succeed this age before the current tribe leader dies, a new heir must be chosen.
-If female, they must have at least good fertility.
-They need to have a pairbond / mate already chosen or on hand.
-Their rank will be listed in their footnote; "Tribe Heir".
-The heir cannot be a scout.

Scouts

-Scouts are chosen due to the highest male and female stats in the tribe.
-If a wolf with higher stats than a scout joins the tribe, they may replace a scout if a pairbond is not already set.
-Scout 1 must be the breeding male.
-Scout 2 is the female pairbond to the breeding male.
-If one scout passes away before the other, the remaining scout can get another mate after their pairbond cooldown is over.
-A brand new scouting pair will be chosen if the remaining scout dies before their breeding cooldown is over.
-Scouts cannot retire into mentors.

Hunters

-Hunters make up 20 of the male wolves in the tribe.
-The patrols are sorted by personality;
Dawn = Stoic
Noon = Friendly
Dusk = Romantic
Night = Aggressive
-Personalities cannot be changed with a personality changer.
-After the hunting patrols are full, the remaining male wolves will become pupsitters until they're able to take the place of a hunter.
-Remaining male wolves may also be sold or put in the enclave.
-A male pupsitter will take the place of a hunter when a hunter turns 5 years old and becomes a mentor.

Herbalist

-The herbalist must be a female in the tribe with the lowest fertility.
-If a female joins the tribe with a lower fertility than the current herbalist, they cannot be switched unless the current herbalist dies.
-When in heat, she can only attempt breeding three times a day.
-She cannot breed to studs outside of the tribe.
-She cannot retire into a mentor.
-She cannot have a pairbond.

Mentors

-Hunters and Pupsitters must become mentors at their 5-year birthday.

Pupsitters

-Pupsitters are the remaining female in the tribe.
-There may be an unlimited amount of females in the tribe with no need to rid of them due to overcrowing, unlike males where there can only be 5 hunters per 4 patrols.

Adolescents

-Male adolescents will train with hunters everyday until adulthood.
-Female adolescents will train with pupsitters everyday until adulthood.
-Depending on their gender, adolescents will stay in either the nursery or the hunters lodge until adulthood.

Puppies

-Unweened puppies will stay with their mothers in the nursery.
-Weened puppies will begin living in the mentors den.
-Puppies will be trained by mentors until they become adolescents.
