The Servants of Fenrir

Welcome to the Song of Fenrir! Before you proceed any further, if you haven't read the floating duck's message, I will rewrite it here for you: this pack's lore may contain themes of cults, religion, rituals, abduction, non-sexual grooming, animal death, abuse, heavy manipulation, and other content that some may find disturbing. Please proceed with caution.
Individual wolf bios will NOT have any of this content, however, so please feel free to browse pack members safely.
The wolves here, upon first glance, seem the same as any other pack of wolves: perhaps a bit quirky in their own right, with personal traditions and beliefs, but overall rather friendly. Under the surface, however, these wolves have a particular construct in their oligarchic society.
The way of the pack is ritualistic and suffocating to some, but provides a sense of peace to those who take pride in the systematic nature of living. Believing themselves to be direct descendants of the Norse wolf Fenrir (though the reason for this belief has long been forgotten as seasons passed), they hold themselves to a higher standard, and are convinced that their purpose is to draw other Fenririans to the pack. They appear joyous and inviting, reeling loners in with their happy promises of comfort and warmth, and chipping away at newcomers' memories of the outside world bit by bit.
Charisma is a Fenririan's greatest virtue. Perhaps these wolves have a bit too much of it.
I very rarely have wolves for sale, and do not participate in Raise & Chase. I purchase and breed wolves based on my personal tastes and am not overly concerned with rarity, although I do still like to have a decent number of T* bases, purely because so many of them are pretty. I don't care about generation, but I also don't inbreed unless for lore purposes.
If offering on a trade, I prefer currency, decor and backgrounds, poses, and applicators.
Holy One: Fenrir himself. Not a member of the pack, but a notable mention.
High Priest / Commander: The leader of the pack. Finalizes any decisions with the help of the council members.
Seer: Council member. Not to be confused with the Herbalist, although the two do often work very closely with each other. The Seer is believed to be the pack's connection to Fenrir, and is the reciever of signs and visions that may be shared from the Holy One.
Head Mother: The overseer of pupsitters and the pack's young. Assigns future roles to pups based on careful observation of their skills, and is respected deeply by the other pack members. Even the High Priest will often seek her opinion on leadership matters.
Deputy: Graduated scout or Wayfinder who now assigns duties to the pack's pathmakers (Wayfinders & scouts).
Wayfinders: Similar to scouts in the sense that they do explore, but they focus on forming alliances with rival packs that scouts may discover, as well as gathering intel on the location of loners and rogue wolves. They also scout out new hunting areas to report back to the pack's Lieutenant.
Lieutenant: Overseer of hunting and attack wolves. Often collaborates with the Deputy when forming attack or defense plans.
Thank you for stopping by! I always love talking about lore with people, so if you have any questions, feel free to shoot me a PM.
