ꕥ❛ The DeerWood Pack has been around for thousands of years. Though originally, the descendants of the albino deer, Aria, had the power to transform into one specific animal, they no longer possess such power, as it was lost through the generations.

Aria was an albino deer whom longed for love. Every so often a wolf named Aztec would try to catch and kill her, but he always failed to do so. Somehow and someway, Aria slowly began to fall in love with the wolf, and every night under a full moon, she would sit under a tree and wish for Aztec to love her. One day her wish finally came true, but not in they way she expected. Aria could transform into a wolf on a night with a full moon.

The deer used her new power to grow close to Aztec, becoming his friend and then his mate. But Aztec pondered about why his mate would only come to him on a night with a full moon and suddenly disappear at the crack of dawn. So he followed her one day.

He had seen everything.

She was that deer he had been chasing for so long, but was always had been out of his reach. Or apparently had been right under his nose. Upset and confused Aztec stormed away without a word, but Aria had sensed his presence. The next full moon, Aria came to him and knew what he had seen, though she tried to act as if everything were normal. But it wasn't, Aztec was very angry. She soon left later that night. Some time later, Aria had finally given birth to their child, Aurora. Not long after, Aztec killed Aria, and took their child to his pack to be raised there. ❛ꕥ
