That is the Motto of the Creed. Within this creed are assassins of all different colors and skill. This particular Brotherhood was founded when a Master Assassin, Scotland, was chased from his original home, having been framed by a Templar spy within his old Brotherhood. Furious and hurt, he swore that he would build a better Brotherhood than the Creed had ever seen, one with trustworthy and unique assassins. He wasn't joking about the unique part.
Each assassin is ranked essentially by their color. It goes in order of the rainbow; red, orange, yellow, green, blue, purple, pink, monochrome, etc.
