The Way That I Do It Is That I Create My Code Into Notepad (Microsoft Default) Then I Put My Code Into Discord. Then I Get My Link From There.

Okay I See What You Did, So The Link That You Got Links To The Message That Your Code Is In, Not The Actual Code File. So What You Are Going To Do Is Expand The File, Ill Include A Picture, And When You Hover Over The Download Sign You Are Going To Right Click it And Select 'Copy link address'.

You Are Going To Click On Those Two Arrows Next To 'Expand' To Expand The File.

This Is What Its Going To Look Like. Hover Your Mouse Over The Download Button Next To The File Size.

Then Finally You Click 'Copy link address' After Right Clicking The Download Button.

There You Automatically Get Your .css File Pasted Onto Your Clipboard. All You Have To Do Is Paste The Code.
