CSS Templates?

CSS Templates?
Posted 2020-10-28 13:36:58

Hey, I've been interested in making my own CSS code for my den, but I'm not seeing really any templates of any sort laying around. All current free CSS threads claim that they do not want anyone using their code as templates, which I can respect. I have a basic understanding of CSS, but don't know the exact ".whatever site element here" thing, if you know what I mean. If anyone can help me out, even if you don't get me a template (which would be nice, but I can understand them taking a while to write up) I'd be forever appreciative. If no template, can someone list what site elements of your page can be altered (formatted like how it'd appear in the code) and what can be changed about the element? The only thing I'd need written like how it'd appear in the code is said site element, like ".alert so and so can have it's background color and font color be changed". If you're confused on what I'm saying, I'm super sorry, I just don't know how to explain what I need very well, lol.

There's some editable CSS sheets here! There's also a website I use to help me out while I'm editing: here! Also, to get the exact name for whatever element you're trying to change, you just right-click and "Inspect Element", or just "Inspect" as mine says, and it'll show you the name along with some code in the menu that shows up.

Oh alright! Yeah I tried using inspect element, but I guess I didn't look deep enough, I found what I was looking for now. I'll try both out, see which one I like better. Ah, I've used w3 before, used it to learn CSS and Python. Thank you bunches.
