Warrior nodded then tried to mix the herbs as well as he could and the herbs mixed pretty well "Did I do it right?" He asked the herbalist. Fire Pack| Grace| Fire Pack Territory Grace saw that a mule deer came running towards Toyak "Watch out!" She said as she growled, trying to distract the deer. It looked like the mule deer chose to fight. |

Sensing danger, Sun took barely a moment to leap, his teeth bared. He barreled into the side of the heavy deer, grabbing its antlers between his strong jaws and digging his claws into its skin. Letting out a bellow of pain, the mule deer kicked and struggled, but couldn't escape Sun's iron grip. He ripped his claws across the deer's throat, and its death throes were cut short. Fire Pack| Toyak | Fire Pack Territory Toyak joined in at the last moment, digging her teeth into its back and holding it down as Sun killed it. "That was so cool!" She chattered, her eyes shining. "You were so quick! How do you get your reaction time that fast?" Fire Pack| Sun | Fire Pack Territory "Lots of practice," Sun said, sniffing the carcass. "Here, take it back to camp." He nudged the heavy prey towards Grace. "If you need any help you can rip it in half. It's already got an open wound anyway, so it doesn't matter much if you open more. We'll have to finish this one quickly. Toyak, if you find any prey on the way home, go after it, alright? Unless it's too big, in which case I'll help you." Grace nodded "Nah, I think I can carry it alone!" She said as she grabbed the carcass and began dragging it back to the camp. It was quite heavy but Grace somehow managed to drag it back. |

Sun nodded and headed back to the territory. Toyak caught a rabbit, which she carried back proudly with her head held high. "Hello, Alpha," Sun growled, bowing low. "We finished patrolling the area and caught a male mule deer and a female rabbit." Finishing his report, Sun rose from his bow, looking down at the alpha and waiting for an answer. |

Apollo examined the carcasses "Good job Sun." The alpha then turned to Toyak "Go call everyone." He ordered before getting down from his rock and sitting beside the carcass "Did you see any strangers?" He asked Sun. |

Toyak nodded several times quickly, darting away. "Talon? Moon!" She called, running through camp and smiling at the Alpha's mate. "Hello, Moon! Apollo wants everyone at the rock!" She quickly rushed away before Moon could say anything, glancing into the Herbalist's den. "Alibi, Apollo, rock!" She called before running away again. She heard amused chuckling from behind her. Talon was the most difficult to find. "Talon!" Toyak called the old wolf for probably the seventh time. "Are you asleep?" Fire Pack | Sun | Fire Pack Camp The lead hunter shook his head. "No. Nothing out of the ordinary, sir." He sat with his back straight and his head bowed slightly as he watched the slightly shorter wolf settle into a comfortable position. Fire Pack | Alibi | Fire Pack Camp, Herbalist's Den to Alpha's Rock Alibi chuckled at Toyak's rushed explaination, tugging Warrior along as she padded slowly towards the rock. "Hey, Toyak told me you wanted me here?" She said with a yawn and a grin. "Is it time to eat? My schedule's been completely thrown off because I was up all night." She laughed heartily, pushing Warrior forward towards his mother and father. |

Moon widened her eyes "That was... quick." She turned to Boss "C'mon champ!" She said as she picked up the pup, padded towards the group and sat down beside Apollo. She gently put Boss down. Fire Pack| Warrior| Fire Pack Camp Warrior trotted towards Moon and sat down between her legs. Fire Pack| Grace| Fire Pack Camp "It looks like we have enough prey to stock for winter. There were so many scents that we even got confused what to hunt!" Grace told Apollo Fire Pack| Apollo| Fire Pack Camp Apollo smiled "That's great but we shouldn't over-hunt!" He said to the blonde wolf. |

Sun tilted his head, but didn't add to the conversation. He leaned down and sniffed the rabbit Toyak had caught. "Toyak showed her skills very well today," he commented, nudging it forward. "She killed it with a blunt blow and didn't even leave an open wound. Very good for an apprentice." He glanced at the mule deer, but didn't say anything more. Fire Pack | Toyak | Fire Pack Camp Toyak finally found Talon laying down under a tree. "Talon!" She yelped. "Finally! Come on, the alpha wants you at the rock!" She darted away before he could respond, sniffing at the air in an attempt to find Silver. "Silver!" She barked. "Alpha wants everyone at the rock!" |

The emptily dull monochrome of Silver's short fur was thoroughly ruffled by the mountains' relieving breeze as the she-wolf took decent time to groom herself, until her pelt sparkled like the fiery dawn of a new morning, dazzling sunlight of which she was delightfully basking in at the moment. Right now, nothing could've possibly interrupted her flawless peace, rest, the joy of a living! Satisfied sighs erupted from her throat as her tongue slid over her own paws, a feeling of cleanliness spreading through her. A huff erupted from Silver's throat, signifying disobedient unpleasantness as Toyak called over, disturbing her. Gathering the will to stand up, she refused to remain silent and snapping back. "Yeah, yeah, I'm coming." Wasn't that obvious? "I'm not deaf!" She added, swinging her tail and taking an ephemeral moment to look out the meeting place with the bright azure of her eyes. Determining her destination Silver energetically padded over to the high rock, settling down in a position as comfortable as her previous one. |
