Aloe crept up to watch the she - wolves. I should probally show myself he thought reluctantly. It's a little weird for me just to watch them. The omega sighed and rose to his feet assuming a submissive posture. When he got closer he folded to his knees in a respect and submission posture. He waited for one of the she - wolves to start snarling at him or otherwise hitting him. They could do that all they wanted because he was an omega. |

"Sure, I don't mind recipe trading, though I already know the ones you gave me." She chuckled, then turned to scroll through herbs. She grabbed some chaparral from the herb shelf, placing it in front of Anise. "Mashing up three of these into a paste helps when a wolf is poisoned. I'll admit, I never made an antidote before. My grandmother was the one who showed me how to make it, however." Cave Crawler nudged one of the chaparral herbs to Anise. "Here, take it," the timber she wolf said with a smile. "It's quite a useful herb." Cece's ear flicked as she looked up to face the den entrance. Her ears pinned as she stared at the unfamiliar wolf. Slowly, she got up and stood beside Anise warily. "U-uhm.. Who are you?" She lowered her body posture a little. She was a bit anxious, not wanting to fight. That is when Cave Crawler noticed this unknown wolf was also in a submissive posture. Still uneasy, she kept her stance on the more defensive side as she looked at the male. |

"Whoa, wish I knew that one a while ago. Those desert packs're suffering from snake bites all the ti— oh, sorry?" She glanced at the new wolf, furrowing her brow. "Hello? Who's this?" |

Aloe rose slowly, careful not to make any sudden movements. Quickly he lowered his head, tucked his tail, and flattened his ears. "I - I'm Aloe, the omega of th - the Galactic O - Ones Pack" He stuttered. "A - And I m - mean you n - no harm." He added quickly, glancing up at Twitch, his (small) pet bird who was nestled contently between his laid back ears. |

"Oh, is that this pack's name?! That's so cool!" Anise chirped, jumping forward and beaming at the male. "Nice to meet you, Aloe! Wow, is that a bird? How did you train it not to be scared of wolves?" Her ears perked up as her tail wagged wildly in excitement. "I knew an Aloe once! He acted a lot like you, actually. Some random place called Fire Pack, although he said he originally came from Blossom Pack. He was a pretty cool guy, really nice." She giggled. |

Aloe twitched back from the loud wolf. "Nice t - to meet y -you too" Aloe replied trying not to stutter. "I trained my bird, Twitch like this" He said a little more confidently. Aloe opened his mouth slightly and whistled, a high clear bird - like whistle. Twitch fluttered down from his perch between Aloe's ears, to between his paws. "I have a deformity in my throat that allows me to change what my voice sounds like." He said proudly. |

"Ah, Aloe.." She murmured quietly to herself, watching the two interact. "It's easy to forget the names of others in the pack." She'd chuckle. "We always have lots of new arrivals, puppies and adults alike! It's not easy to track all the members of your pack when there's over 40 adults." Cece gave a warm smile to Aloe, tail swaying slightly. Cece then quietly went back to sorting herbs as she was getting ready to craft some remedies soon. Berry Bark - Grasslands // Galactic Ones Territory After a few minutes of resting in silence, Berry Bark was interrupted by a dark red and black wolf. That was her older sister, Smolder. She stood in front of the entrance to Berry Bark's burrow, looking down at the alpha. "Quit lazing around for once." Smolder's voice was cold as she glared at her sister. Berry Bark returned the harsh gaze. There was no room for love for her older sister or her brother, not after what Smolder did to her a year ago. "Father and the scouts said they found some coyotes on the territory outskirts." The alpha's eye twitched at that. Those coyotes didn't get the memo, huh.. With a growl, Berry pushed past Smolder, padding off to the treeline of the Cedar cluster. She didn't leave the territory yet, but went to go check on the pups of the pack. Squeezing her body through a burrow with a small entrance, Berry was greeted by many puppies prancing around her paws. The inside of the burrow was much larger than the others in the Cedar cluster. Just to host a few adults and lots of puppies at once. Though it wasn't an easy task, Berry eventually counted all the pups in the pack, and all were safe. After that reassurance, Berry left with one of her scouts to go deal with the coyotes and hopefully drive them out for good. |

Aloe glanced back longingly at Anise. He wished he could stay with her instead of trailing along after the Alpha, assisting her. Maybe he could visit Anise tonight. His twin brother, Kava caught his attention. He watched as Kava disapeared into the den he had just been in. Kava was Smolder's assistant. Kava - Grasslands//Galactic Ones Pack Kava slipped into the cave after his brother, Aloe left. He nodded at the two other she - wolves in the den respectfully and dipped his head in submission at Smolder. |

"Oh, alright! Maybe we can talk again later!" Anise called after him, her tail wagging in a friendly way. She turned back to Cave Crawler. "So, I think I do have something you won't know about! Though… it's rather rare and I don't have enough to spare," Anise laughed apologetically. "One of the more curious packs down in the grasslands live near a human den, and they like to experiment with the stuff they can scavenge from them." Anise nosed open a tiny leaf pouch. Inside were two small white orbs. "They call them miracle berries," Anise said wonderingly. "They can heal basically any illness, ranging from coughs to infections. I've been warned not to use them too much, though. They still don't know of any potential side effects. I can… if you want to, I can give you directions to their territory! It's a long way, but definitely worth the trip." (( They found antibiotics lmao )) |
