I was looking in the trading area but the prices for buying gold cones seem to be all over the place. What is their actual value considered to be?

They are all over the place, lol. The price is constantly shifting. At this very moment, the value is 1 GC:77 SC. In a few hours it may be lower or higher. The players determine the value since there is no official conversion system.
