Black friday mutations not showin up on carrier report

As the title says. All of the other secondary mutations show up there, so I'm kinda confused as to why piebalds don't. Are the piebald mutations only obtainable through the app and breeding with one or two piebalds, and piebald carriers just don't exist?

Piebald can't be carried like albinism and the other mutations. The only way to breed one is if one of the parents has the mutation, and it has a chance to pass to the pups. The chance is greater if both parents have it, but only one needs to have it for a chance to breed one.
