(@Ghostpaw) It's not CSS, but HTML coding! My friend is an absolute genius, this wouldn't be possible without them! It's a touch complex for me, but in essence, applying a HTML code atop what you want to type tells it to appear with a border or a background as seen in Starlit Seas!

I'd be glad to adopt him to you, but I want to ensure that he'll have an adult slot ready for him! At present, I see you've got 7/8 adult slots, as well as an adolescent aging up this RO.
